Pack 538
Who are we?
We are a family cub scout pack, which means we have both boy and girl cub scouts. We are chartered through the Greater Alabama Council and have been in operation for over 35 years.
When and where do we meet?
We meet at Asbury United Methodist Church. Each den, group of cub scouts in the same grade, meet once or twice a month. Then once each month Dens meet together for a Pack Meeting. At a Pack Meetings, the Scouts receive the advancements awards that they earned during the past month. Most activities required for rank advancement can be done with the Scout’s family at home or with their Den at a meeting.
What do we do?
We strive to have at least one organized event per month outside of our normal meetings. This event could be a Pack Campout, a Council/District event, or a fun event such as the Pinewood Derby.
